Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible

The controller is Deeptegrity Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Deeptegrity Kft.), 1117 Budapest, Baranyai utca 27, Hungary, legal@deeptegrity.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer: the company does not meet the thresholds of Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions about personal data go to the address above.

2. What this website processes

This is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, no comments and no shop. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from another website: the font and every other file come from this site itself.

2.1 Serving a page

When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., receives the technical data any web server needs to answer: your IP address, the address you requested, the time, and what your browser says about itself (its user agent string and language). Cloudflare uses this data to deliver the page and to protect the site against attacks and abuse, and keeps its server logs for that purpose. We do not keep a copy of these logs and we do not use them to identify visitors.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, reachable website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

2.2 Writing to us

When you e-mail us, we process your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and what you write, in order to answer you and to handle the matter you raise. We keep the correspondence while the matter is open and afterwards for as long as the law requires a company to keep its records; then we delete it.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the exchange prepares or performs a contract with you; otherwise our legitimate interest in answering correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Recipients, and transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, hosts and serves this site as our processor under its data processing addendum. Cloudflare answers a request from the data centre closest to you, which can be outside the European Economic Area; the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in that addendum and on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Our e-mail is handled by our e-mail service provider as processor. We sell no data and share it with nobody else, except where a law or an authority obliges us to.

4. Your rights

You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest. To use a right, write to legal@deeptegrity.com; we answer within a month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to go to court.
